What’s the best club in Miami?

All clubs in Miami are great, some places are more popular than others on certain nights only because they might have a celebrity host, performer, DJ, or just because of the type of music they are playing that day/night.

Almost all clubs play different music each night to please all crowds – for example, LIV Miami has Reggaeton night on Thursdays, Hip hop on Fridays, and House/EDM on Saturdays. So, basically the best day comes down to your music preference, what YOU enjoy most, and the mood you’re on!

What time do clubs close in Miami?

We noticed a lot of people were wondering about the time clubs close in Miami, but the answer varies depending on the venue –a pretty good average of the club operations will be from 11:30pm to 4:00 – 5:00 AM, but of course you still have places like E11EVEN nightclub, that is open 24/7, so it’s technically never too early or too late to party!

Take a look at the chart below for the hours of operation, type of music played, and most popular days/nights at the most popular nightclubs in Miami!

How to get into clubs in Miami:

Getting in isn’t as complicated as everyone makes it seem. It’s actually a pretty straightforward process. Below you’ll find a comparison chart of the five different ways of gaining access to all Miami clubs. You can essentially choose from: Tickets, General Admission cover, Table Reservations, Limo Packages, or Guest Lists. Use this tool to help you make the best decision for you and your group!

Tickets:

Most of the bigger clubs have tickets available for sale – you can purchase them ahead of time to get the best deal and save some money or if you choose to purchase them closer to date or even the day of, it will still be a bit cheaper than paying cover, just make sure you do it before the sale ends, which is usually by 8-10PM of the same night of the event.

Admission Cover:

Almost all of the clubs in Miami offer General Admission cover fees, but if for some reason they don’t offer it on a certain night its most likely due to the venue being sold out, or maybe instead of offering cover charge, they do bar tab minimums – with the bar tab minimum where you don’t pay cover but essentially a credit that you can spend on drinks at the bar.

Party Packages:

Party packages are essentially a limo service with a pre-party and open bar, right before the nightclubs. You’ll pay for the package and it will cover your entry to the pre-party, 2-hour open bar once you’re there, the limo ride from the pre-party to the club, and general admission cover to the nightclub of choice. Usually, a deposit is made, and you pay the remainder when you arrive at the pre-party location, where you will have open bar with drinks for two hours until the limo arrives and takes you to the club of your choice. You will be banded and get in very fast and not have to wait in the ticket line.

Guest Lists:

Guest lists are free entry without waiting in line, sometimes there is a girls-only VIP table with complimentary bottles where girls can get drinks from. The only catch is that it's 100% up to the door's discretion and never guaranteed.

Table Reservations:

Booking a table in your club of choice will give you and your friends the most exclusive experience during your stay in Miami. When you make a reservation, you will get your own VIP table with all personalized service. This is by far the best option if you’re trying to get VIP treatment and you don’t want to be pushed around by the crowds trying to order drinks at the bar.

Below is a comparison chart for general admission/tickets and table reservations, so you can get a better idea of what the pricing looks like for both choices.

What to wear to clubs in Miami?

Dress code is a big topic when it comes to clubs in Miami and Miami Beach – For girls, the only thing required is that you must wear heels, but it's never a bad idea to dress up. For guys – no shorts allowed at any club in Miami or Miami Beach. You don’t necessarily need to wear a button up shirt and dress shoes to get in, anything fashionable will be accepted.

Where are clubs in Miami located?

Almost all popular nightclubs are in Miami Beach with the exception to E11even, which is located in Downtown Miami. There isn’t a strip of clubs like in Vegas, but they are all within a 5-mile radius. Nothing that an Uber ride can’t handle.

If you’re looking to get a hotel near the clubs, anything on South Beach will be a great idea. Here is a map of all the Miami club locations, you can use it as a point of reference when looking for a place to stay when partying in Miami Beach.
